Immigration and Refugee Service and the Lutheran Selective Services Information; LCUSA program planning and budgeting system; LCUSA social statements; staff notices; studies and surveys; the termination of LCUSA in 1987 and transition activities to the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA); and the activities of welfare agencies and institutions. Files are those of General Secretaries C. Thomas Spitz, George F. Harkins, and John R. Houck. Other correspondents include LCUSA Director of Business and Finance; Donald H.
